HGD provides facility engineering design services, to both the public and private sector.  As much as practical, we partner with quality small businesses - woman, veteran and minority-owned firms - to establish high performing project teams and to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for Federal Government and state agencies, municipalities, commercial businesses and residential owners. Our design services include development of permitting plans and specifications, Design-Build performance scope packages, facility studies and related planning documents.
