Seeking Architect and Engineering Freelancers

HGD is currently seeking freelancers or sole proprietor business owners with an interest in facility engineering contracting services for local state and federal government agencies.  We are currently looking for licensed, qualified architects and professional engineers in the area of architect, civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, fire protection or cost estimating engineering, to provide quality control reviews and value engineering recommendations with light design work requirements.

Seeking Engineering Subcontractors

HGD is currently seeking local subcontractors to provide civil/structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection and/or cost estimating engineering support for facility engineering Design-Build and full plans and specification projects, primarily for local state and Federal Government agencies.  Qualified candidates must have:

• Facility Engineering related experience

• Professional licensures for the local DMV area

• Ability to develop engineering plans

• Access to and experience with Autodesk or AutoCAD

• Experience with multidisciplinary design development

• (Preferred) Familiar with local regulations and permitting requirements

• (Preferred) Familiar with using BIM related software tools
